Where is your tribe?


Good Morning Reader,

Are you doing life alone? I didn’t do any of this alone. I’ve made it through every stage of life—from childhood to college to momming to midlife—not because I had all the answers, but because I had my tribes.

College? I had my roommates and late-night chats.
Early motherhood? I leaned hard on my mom-friends and playdate tribes.
The teen years? Oof. I needed prayer, patience, and friends who just got it.
College drop-offs? I cried after drop off texting my support circle.
Empty nest? I am finding some new and rekindling some old friends to create my new tribe walking that same bittersweet path.
And now… menopause.

This new chapter is full of change—physically, emotionally, spiritually. And just like the ones before, I’m moving through it because of the support around me.

Community matters.
Support is your golden tool.
And joy? Are you looking for it? You can absolutely find it again—even in the messy, uncertain, in-between seasons. I am looking for it daily and rediscovering where I find joy!

Good News Yesterday! In the Senate Appropriations committee hearing there was no mention of the liability shield language in it which is great! WE have to keep our voices loud and keep the pressure going.

Please reach out to Senate Appropriations Members and let them know you are calling regarding the Appropriations Bill. Please make sure that foreign pesticide companies do not get a free pass to continue poisoning American kids. Please reject any language that provides a liability shield to foreign chemical manufacturers or puts any kind of freeze on updating EPA labels with health risks.
