When Life gets Lifey, RESET ✨


Happy Friday Mamas,

Have you ever come through a reset week and slid into Friday with ease? This is one of the biggest reasons I love an intentional reset. Lets face it, life gets lifey a lot and what truly matters is the tools you have to move through it!

After a few weeks of end of the year stuff and all the parties with lots of snacking, up late cramming things in, I woke up and felt like I was hit by a mac truck! I felt awful. However, I have learned to embrace it while walking through it and then I always invite that nudge from within that asks, "How are you feeling? Are you feeling your best?" That in turn usually gets a reply of "ohhh, not my best or WOW...I didn't realize how sluggish or achy I feel!" Then comes the reset.

This week was all about resetting my routines I had put to the side, creating even more space for my quiet time to reconnect within and being intentional about what I am putting in my body! I am not drinking for 30 days (or maybe longer), prepping what I know makes me feel my best and really allowing time for the movement I need in this chapter of my life.

Coming into Friday feels refreshing! I would love to know how you tackle a reset or if you never thought of it, now is a great time to try it out. As you take these steps, know that you are never alone. We are all in this together, supporting and lifting each other up. Let’s embrace our worthiness and go inward, one loving habit at a time.
