Having courage to share from the heart. ;) For years, I tried to be the perfect mom—doing everything by the book, striving to meet every expectation, and exhausting myself in the process. It wasn’t until I hit a breaking point through life with my girls several years ago that I realized I needed to peel back the layers and understand why I felt this relentless need for perfection.

Through self-discovery, I learned to ditch those unhealthy expectations and embrace a healthier, more balanced life. It’s a journey, and I’m still on it, but letting go of perfectionism has been incredibly liberating.
