Finding Gratitude this Holiday!

🍂 What if gratitude could be the key to unlocking deeper peace, joy, and resilience in your daily life? 🍂

Hi there, Mama,

Thanksgiving is right around the corner—a time for gratitude, connection, and reflection. It is my favorite holiday because there are no gifts, just time spent with family creating memories and sharing our gratitude. Let’s embrace this season, savor the small moments, and remember to thank ourselves for showing up every day.

For some of us in a new chapter it can also bring a mix of emotions. This Thanksgiving might feel different. Maybe your kiddos are returning from their first semester away at college, and the dynamic has shifted or maybe the kids aren’t coming home this year. It’s okay to feel that ache. Change is bittersweet, but it’s also a chance to grow.

As midlife mamas, we often forget to pause and recognize our own growth. While we’re busy supporting everyone else, we overlook how we’re stepping into a new chapter, learning, and embracing life in fresh ways. So this Thanksgiving, let’s take a moment to be grateful—not just for what’s around us, but for the transformation happening within us.

A thankful heart can shift everything. Gratitude grounds us in joy, even in the midst of change. I am grateful for each of you! Allowing me to be on your wellness journey with you is something that brings me so much joy!

Good Morning Reader, Are you doing life alone? I didn’t do any of this alone. I’ve made it through every stage of life—from childhood to college to momming to midlife—not because I had all the answers, but because I had my tribes. College? I had my roommates and late-night chats.Early motherhood? I leaned hard on my mom-friends and playdate tribes. The teen years? Oof. I needed prayer, patience, and friends who just got it.College drop-offs? I cried after drop off texting my support...

Happy Friday Mama, Have you ever wondered why so many people are now "sensitive" (not celiac) to gluten? Is it really the gluten, just the gluten or could it also be something else? The little bumps on our (me and my daughter) arms and upper shoulders would come and go. The gut issues, the autoimmune issues. At first, I thought: Welp, gluten sensitivity. Time to cut it out. But something didn’t sit right. So on my health journey I dug deeper (as us mamas tend to do when our gut says, “This...
